I always used to go out for long walks to develop mine, as walking is a rhythmic thing we do without thinking about it. Also always listen to heavy rhythmed music, such as Jamaican reggae, dancehall and in particular ska. When I was in secondary school CoventryTwo Tone was popular, and that’s incredibly rhythmic!!!
