Melanie has written a regular ‘How-To-Play’ article for Pianist Magazine for nearly twelve years, contributing over 70 editorials. Pianist is the most widely read piano magazine in the world. It includes over forty pages of free sheet music in every issue. There are also extensive tutorials, interviews, and a variety of piano-based articles.
This magazine column focuses on highlighting elementary piano music. The article has introduced readers to a fascinating and eclectic selection of composers who write for this genre. Melanie also writes an elementary piano composition for every issue and contributes a regular ‘5 Tips’ blog post for Pianist’s online content. Additionally, she is proofreader for the magazine.
