ADJUDICATING & EXAMINING

ADJUDICATING

Since 2011 Melanie has adjudicated for the British and International Federation of Festivals, and has acted as a mentor and coach for BIFF adjudicators. With BIFF, she has travelled to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand. She has also journeyed throughout the UK, adjudicating at a wide variety of piano festivals and competitions.

EXAMINING

Melanie has examined for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), for whom she undertook both the graded and diploma exams. She has been a member of various examination panels specifically for undergraduate (BMus) and postgraduate (MA/MMus) degree final recital examinations at Reading University and Royal Holloway University London.
