First Repertoire For Little Pianists Webinar

Willis Image

I will be presenting a webinar for the Willis Music Company later this week. For those with young students, or those who have just started learning to play the piano, this webinar may be of interest. The presentation will focus on my new two-book series, First Repertoire For Little Pianists, which was published by US publisher, Willis Music Co., last month.

This free live event will take place on Thursday 7th April 2022 at CST 12.00 noon (6.00pm British time), and will last around 30 minutes.

I will be discussing my reasons for writing this series, and I’ll also be playing some of the pieces; the volumes feature both solo as well as many duet pieces, particularly those for student and teacher. I will also be taking a quick ‘tour’ of the books, highlighting the ‘performance notes’ which accompany every piece, and which consist of games and activities. A Q&A will follow the presentation, and there will be prizes, special offers and giveaways, too! To join us, please register by completing your registration here:

We look forward to seeing you there!

For much more information about how to practice piano repertoire, take a look at my piano course, Play it again: PIANO (published by Schott Music). Covering a huge array of styles and genres, the course features a large collection of progressive, graded piano repertoire from approximately Grade 1 to advanced diploma level, with copious practice tips for every piece. A convenient and beneficial course for students of any age, with or without a teacher, and it can also be used alongside piano examination syllabuses too.
