Weekend Competition: Snapchats Duets

Snapchats Front Cover

Today’s Weekend Competition focuses on piano duets. Snapchats are straightforward to play and are intended for those between Grades 2 – 4 (or early intermediate) level. They are tuneful, very short (mostly eight bars long), and were influenced by Minimalism.

You can find out much more about Snapchats and listen to them here, or you can purchase them here.

I have two signed copies to give away, so leave your comments in the comment box at the end of this post. I will announce the winners late on Sunday evening (British time). Good luck!

My Publications:

For much more information about how to practice piano repertoire, take a look at my two-book piano course, Play it again: PIANO (Schott). Covering a huge array of styles and genres, 49 progressive pieces from approximately Grade 1 – 8 level are featured, with at least two pages of practice tips for every piece. A convenient and beneficial course for students of any age, with or without a teacher, and it can also be used alongside piano examination syllabuses too.

  1. I am focusing on student duets after the Christmas music season is past. This would be a fun addition. Thank you for your generosity.
